Dear friends,
THIS SUNDAY Mr. Samuel Farrugia will be leading us in worship. Some of you may remember him from when he preached here in July. Samuel received his M.A. in Theology from Urbana Theological Seminary (Illinois) in May 2025. He is married to Nancy and has many years of pastoral and chaplaincy experience, including his present assignment at the CBSA Immigration Holding Centre in Laval. Sam began serving as the Presbytery Youth Worker in March this year, and is currently getting to know both the congregations and those people who minister to youth in our Presbytery. His goals for this mission include evangelizing young people, as well as forming them to become leaders in their churches. Please pray for this work!
THANKS TO ALL who were able to help with Doug’s funeral service and reception on Friday. The planning, setup, serving and cleanup all were done so well, and much appreciated by his family and all those who attended.
