Dear friends,
IN OUR SCRIPTURE PASSAGES TODAY, we read about Adam and Eve yielding to temptation bringing despair, punishment and death to themselves and to all their descendants. We also witness Jesus, after 40 days in the desert, resisting temptations and remaining faithful to God’s commands. And Paul reminds us of the gift of new life through Jesus which brings us real freedom and sets us right with God.
