THE SEARCH CONTINUES: As you may have heard in last week’s announcements during the service, our Interim Moderator, the Rev. Dr. Roland De Vries, regretfully informed us that Rev. Eugênio Anunciação has declined “the call” to become the next pastor at St. Andrew’s, despite its approval by the Presbytery of Montreal on Tuesday, June 18. The search committee worked diligently over the past months, and the session made significant efforts, to find a new pastor. Although the search committee will take a break over the summer, they will resume the search for a new pastor in the fall. Despite this setback, our congregation remains strong and faithful.
